You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange on eligible items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Free Exchanges
Size exchanges are always free. We'll ship your replacement at no cost once we receive the original item.

How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return
Head to your Account → My Orders and click "Return Item" next to your eligible order. Fill in the reason and select whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.

Pack It Securely
Place the item(s) in their original packaging or any sturdy box. Include your order slip or write your order number on the inside. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Drop Off & Ship
Use the prepaid return label we email you, or ship via any carrier to our returns center. We recommend using tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

Get Your Refund
We'll email you once your return is received and inspected. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds appear on your statement within 3–5 additional banking days.

Common Questions
Can I return an item I received as a gift?

Yes. Gift returns are accepted within 30 days. You'll receive store credit to the value of the item, which can be used on any future VYNEIT purchase. Please contact support with your gift receipt or order number.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you — no need to return the original.
How long does the exchange process take?

Once we receive your original item, we process and ship the exchange within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after that depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Will I be refunded my original shipping charges?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). The item cost itself will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
Can I return multiple orders in one package?

Yes, you can consolidate multiple returns into one shipment to save packaging. Just make sure to clearly label each item with its order number. Initiate a separate return request for each order in your account first.
