Shipping FAQs
When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse — typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it.
My tracking shows no updates for several days. What do I do?
Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by 24–48 hours at transit hubs. If there are no updates for more than 4 business days, please contact our support team and we'll investigate with our logistics partner immediately.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order, before it enters processing. After that, we cannot redirect the shipment. Contact us immediately if you need to change your address.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
The courier will typically make 2 additional attempts and may leave the package with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us and we'll reach out to re-arrange delivery at no extra cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to 30+ countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery typically takes 10–18 business days. Check our shipping page for a full list of countries.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1,499 within India. Express and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
What if my package is marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
First, check with neighbours and any shared mailroom areas. If still not found, contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date. We'll file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
